In company with the implementation of underproduction of polyester, the average rate of operation of polyester at home has seen marked decrease in comparison with that in September. So far, it is coarsely estimated that there are 7-10 polyester production lines stopping production, and other polyester production lines also have different underproduction plans. So the domestic average rate of operation has fallen by over 10%. It is estimated that if the planned underproduction plan can be carried out totally, the rate of operation of polyester will be cut to 70% or below.
