European food packaging manufacture has huge development potential in the production of special plastic packaging for foods, and the total value of output of plastics for food packaging is hopefully to exceed 40 billion euros. Plastic packaging can prolong the shelf period of foods and facilitate foods retails to give reasonable and effective management, and promote the sales of goods. It is predicted that the whole Western Europe will see big rise in market demand on soft food package, and the plastics almost hold 30% of the total market share of global food packaging products. |
