RPM International Inc. has purchased the fluorescent pigment, phosphorescence pigment and hot color pigment business of The Dane Group. The latter is situated in Manchester of Britain, and its annual revenue from this business is estimated at USD 20 million. Stephen J. Knoop, the vice-chairman of RPM said: Dane will be an independent department in Day-Glo and it will be still operated by its business manager Fintan McGrath and his team. Day-Glo's primary market includes plastics, graphic arts, pigments, paints, dyestuff and textiles. Day-Glo is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, and it also has factories in Twinsburg, OH and Cudahy, CA.
