When the machine is under energy-saving condition, why its maintenance times and oil temperature are still reduced?

Answer: AS the oil pump motor realizes frequency and voltage conversion, stepless speed regulation under the control of electricity-saving apparatus in energy-saving course; and in the cooling of jet molding machine, motor can be stopped totally. In the whole energy-saving course, the motor's running frequencies are all lower than frequency (50HZ)under the line frequency (namely, non energy saving), i.e. the speed of rotation of jet molding machine oil pump motor, so the oil pump will enjoy lower friction and oil temperature and lower bearing temperature of motor. As a result, the power saving course not only realizes high performance and energy saving but also prolongs the motor's service life and slows down the oil deterioration, prolongs the ageing time of oil sealing and hereby reduces maintenance cost and maintenance times.
