1,the member of China Plastic Packing (“the website” for short) must be enterprises and public institutions registered in Industrial & Commercial Administration Bureau and specializing in manufacturing, sales and service of electronic components.

2, Only the members of the website (free member, senior member, and VIP) can obtain the right to release information and ads on the website.

3, the applicants of the website must fill in the following registration information and hand in the following documents:
（1）  the xerocopys of business licence and tax registration licence;
（2）   certificate of identity and warrant of corporate representative;
（3）   brief introduction, covering scale, scope of business, introduction to main products, capacity, etc.
（4）   other related documents;

4, the website inspects the registration information and related data of the applicant; Through affirmation, the parties sign service contract, and the applicant becomes our member.
5, senior member and VIP must pay membership fee according to the contract.   

6, the members of the website enjoy responding services and rights.
7, the member can choose registration name and password freely, but must be responsible for the safety of your own member name and password.  

8, all information the website is empowered to release and use must be authentic and effective. The website isn’t liable for any dispute from unauthentic information.   

9, any information on the website or on the other websites accessed by link is only reference information. The user should distinguish and judge by your own. The website isn’t liable for your own action.

10, the copyright of all articles the website publishes and copies belongs to the original author. The ownership of any contents including character, software, picture, chart, ads, and e-mail is protected by law. Anyone isn’t allowed to use in any forms without authorization.
